Tim Johnson Shows Off His Signature Cannondale 'Cross Bike

The Tim Johnson Signature TJX bike can be seen most weekends this fall and winter on a cyclocross course near you – with Tim Johnson himself on board! Tim and his wife, pro cycling superstar, Lyne Bessette are competing in over twenty UCI-sanctioned cyclocross races during the 2007-08 season, traveling back and forth across North America in the “Team LEER” Toyota Tundra 4WD pickup truck provided and outfitted by LEER, the nation’s leading producer of fiberglass truck caps and tonneaus. LEER, Tim and Lyne hope to show outdoor sports enthusiasts that a LEER-equipped pickup truck is the ideal way to transport people and their valuable gear safely and securely to cyclocross races – or anywhere the action is.

In support of Tim and Lyne, LEER’s Team LEER project includes a LEER Model 100XQ truck cap and products from major truck accessories manufacturers like Thule (roof rack, bike racks, accessories and support trailer), Yokohama (tires), Niche (wheels), Precision Grille (front grille), Wise Industries (BedRug bedliner), Westin Automotive (step bars and other bolt-on accessories), and Ready Lift (suspension and lift kit).
